These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lure AI (the "Service"), a web-based social media analytics and automation platform.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Scope

  • • The Service is offered strictly on a B2B basis.
  • • You must be acting as a business, agency, or professional creator.
  • • You confirm you are authorised to connect and manage the social media accounts you link.
  • • The Service is not intended for consumers and is not governed by consumer protection legislation.

3. Description of the Service

Lure AI is a web-based SaaS platform that enables users to:

  • • Connect Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts via official OAuth authentication
  • • View and analyse:
    • • Posts, photos, and videos
    • • Engagement metrics
    • • Watch time
    • • Follower growth
    • • Profile visits
    • • Link clicks
  • • Compare analytics across connected accounts
  • • Configure AI-assisted automated replies to Instagram comments only

What the Service Does NOT Do

  • • No content posting or scheduling
  • • No liking, following, unfollowing, or reacting
  • • No account growth manipulation
  • • No automation on TikTok replies

4. AI Comment Automation

Human-in-the-Loop Requirement

  • • All AI reply configurations must be tested by the user before enabling automation.
  • • Automated replies are disabled by default.
  • • You may turn automation on or off at any time.

Limits

  • • A maximum of one AI reply per comment
  • • AI replies only apply to Instagram comments
  • • AI replies are generated based entirely on user-defined configurations

5. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • • You are fully responsible for all AI-generated replies posted via your account
  • • You configure, approve, and activate all automation at your own discretion
  • • Lure AI does not review or approve content
  • • Lure AI is not responsible for:
    • • Content outcomes
    • • Audience reactions
    • • Platform enforcement actions
    • • Account warnings, restrictions, or bans

Use of automation is at your own risk.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the Service to:

  • • Harass, abuse, or threaten individuals
  • • Generate unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or deceptive content
  • • Impersonate individuals or entities you do not control
  • • Manage accounts without proper authorisation
  • • Circumvent platform safeguards or rate limits
  • • Violate Meta or TikTok terms, policies, or developer rules

Lure AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

7. Platform Independence Disclaimer

Lure AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by:

  • • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook / Instagram)
  • • TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

All platform trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Plans

  • • Starter Plan: £99/month
  • • Plus Plan: £199/month

Free Trials

  • • Each plan includes a 7-day free trial
  • • Payment details may be required to start a trial
  • • Billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled

No Refunds

  • • All payments are non-refundable
  • • No refunds for partial months, unused features, or account suspension

Non-Payment

  • • Failure to pay results in immediate account suspension
  • • Access is restored only upon successful payment

9. Account Deletion & Termination

User-Initiated Deletion

  • • You may delete your account at any time
  • • Deletion is immediate and irreversible

Company-Initiated Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without notice if you:

  • • Breach these Terms
  • • Misuse APIs
  • • Engage in unlawful activity
  • • Risk platform compliance or infrastructure stability

10. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You own your:

  • • Social data
  • • AI-generated outputs
  • • Persona configurations

Our Platform

Lure AI retains all rights to:

  • • Software
  • • Infrastructure
  • • Models
  • • Algorithms
  • • UI/UX
  • • Analytics logic
  • • Branding

We may use aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the Service.

11. Availability & Changes

  • • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • • Features may change, be added, or removed at any time
  • • No guarantee of uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • • Lure AI shall not be liable for:
    • • Lost revenue or profits
    • • Account restrictions or bans
    • • Data loss
    • • Indirect or consequential damages
  • • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Otti Group Ltd from any claims arising from:

  • • Your use of the Service
  • • AI-generated content
  • • Breach of platform rules
  • • Violation of these Terms

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
